Halfway through my minicut
4 weeks down and 5 lbs down! Originally the goal was to only do a 6 week cut but unfortunately we have a LOT more fat to pull off. So we are extending the cut to 8 weeks that gives me 4 more weeks to be aggressive and I am hoping to get to 145 or less! That’s 6.5 more lbs! I feel like that is the weight I am most comfortable at. Mini cut!!
I am so so so excited to start my minicut! on my prior post I talked about maintaining until January but I was successfully able to spend 4 months in a growth season and got my carbs up to 300 🥹🥹 this makes me so emotional because I truly worked so hard.
