18 weeks!!

We are OFFICIALLY in prep my friends! I’m 11 days since my last cheat meal and down 1 lb! Calories are still fairly comfortable at 1750 with 40 min cardio 6x a week. Energy is still good but definitely getting more irritable.


It’s crazy how much I can see and feel progress without any weight change BUT in my front pose I literally look the SAME week to week. That part gets frustrating and brings some fear that it’s going to take a very aggressive cut to see progress for me.


The end is still so far when I think of starving for the next 4.5+ months but the weeks really do fly by. My goal becomes the next check in day rather than the show day.


I’m extremely overwhelmed with all of my responsibilities. (Not including prep.) I think this doesn’t overwhelm me because it’s stuff I actually WANT to do. But the house chores, work, events and everything else are really taking a toll on me. So come March I’m going to make a promise to myself to not make commitments. It’s just too overwhelming for me!


March = more self care. More isolation. More results.
