4 weeks down and 5 lbs down!
Originally the goal was to only do a 6 week cut but unfortunately we have a LOT more fat to pull off. So we are extending the cut to 8 weeks that gives me 4 more weeks to be aggressive and I am hoping to get to 145 or less! That’s 6.5 more lbs! I feel like that is the weight I am most comfortable at. I’m not going to lie I am a little disappointed. I had thought I put on a lot of muscle and that it would look better at a heavier weight . But somehow it’s the opposite. Since I’m completely natty I just look fluffy. And when I look back at my pics from before I started with team atlas, I looked WAY more lean and shreddy then at the same weight. So I’m very disappointed but know that my reverse really set me back. Regardless I’m laser focused on getting this fat off and glad I have the opportunity to. I want the fat off more than I want the food. So fingers crossed that my body responds well and hopefully we can see some lines here soon!
