
Mini cut!!

I am so so so excited to start my minicut! on my prior post I talked about maintaining until January but I was successfully able to spend 4 months in a growth season and got my carbs up to 300 🥹🥹 this makes me so emotional because I truly worked so hard. I can feel the difference in my health and metabolic recovery. I can enjoy cheat meals (on top of high calories) without gaining. I’ve still been extremely clean and restricted but not hungry. Most of the time I haven’t even craved junk.
I started with Drew Brannon a month ago and it hasn’t been the easiest adjustment. I don’t bond as well with men and it lacks that vibe and also I’m really struggling with trust issues and if any coaches are genuine and not just money hungry. But as time goes on I’m building that trust and hope that the relationship will grow over the next year.
I’m one week into my mini cut on 2100 cals which is INSANE. A fairytale. I’m so happy and leaning out quickly and confidently. I don’t think I’ll ever have the same issues as I did in the past now that I know my body and I’m not naive. 6 weeks of this and I am so freaking excited to see what’s there! Then we go into the biggest growth phase of my life! Let’s freaking go!!
