Oof. A lot can change in a week’s time.


Unfortunately, not a great change.


This has been the hardest week, yet. Friday was my first posing class with Victoria and this girl does not play. Lina (my first posing coach) is the sweetest soul and gives tons of encouragement. I’m not going to lie, after this class I’ve never felt more discouraged. She switched up my back pose to the point that my glutes look completely flat. She didn’t like my shoes but I’m pretty sure it’s not the shoes but just my big ass feet. 🤣


Then come Monday the scale was UP at check ins and I didn’t love my photos. Coach actually made me REDO the photos the next morning and then hit me with the expected calorie drop. Well the drop was a little more drastic than I expected. I lost my beef and my almond butter. On top of losing artificial sugars, my g hughs and dairy. All at once. So ya girl is hungry, discouraged, retaining water, flat, and just not feeling great. But we’re going to power through and remain faithful in the process. I will be so stoked to see some positive changes soon and will do ANYTHING to get there! As much as I hate posing, it’s the one thing that I can somewhat control so we gotta go full send!

Halfway through my minicut
