11 weeks out

Time is actually starting to FLY by! My hunger levels have seemed to get better and I’m not as miserable as I was a couple weeks go! What’s funny is my food tastes BETTER and BETTER the further I go. I was so worried I’d be sick of my meals but I’m not! I just want more of it!
I came down with a cold this week so my energy levels are low and my weight has stalled. Hoping to drop some water weight before check ins but fully anticipating a calorie drop very soon! I’m grateful I’ve held onto this many cals for this long!
My rolls are still going strong and my posing has been rough because of it but I’m picking up the pace and focusing on faith and confidence! I feel like it’s a sprint to the finish line now! I’m supposed to be cutting out fake sugars and dairy now but it’s definitely something I’m easing into and slowly taking away. I plan to be completely dairy and fake sugar free in the next 2 weeks! I don’t do well with change, so gradual is good! I notice other competitors don’t eliminate this stuff at all until peak weak so 8 weeks out is plenty!
I am definitely noticing changes in my physique, getting leaner and leaner. My upper body is definitely lacking but my legs are perfection for bikini category. Hopefully this will improve as I get leaner in my shoulders and peak week. I do still feel like I’m more ready than my competition. So less comparing to pros and more confidence is what I need to focus on!
I am so moody and irritable with my family and cannot wait to be their fun mom and wife again! They deserve it as they’ve really been so supportive and understanding. I hope I make them proud!
Overall I am still so in love with this sport. I GOT TO spend my birthday on prep and although at first it felt like a punishment, it ended up being the best gift. It brings me so much pride and joy and I got to do the things I truly enjoy doing! Food can wait!
