Growing?

26 weeks out and prep is SO close! I have NO idea when my prep will start. Typically around 16 weeks out but like I’ve said, I’m going into this completely blind and not asking questions unless I need to.
Do I have questions? Omg yes. But I do not want to micromanage my coach or give off any indication that I do not trust them. THIS is what makes me a coachable athlete.
My biggest concerns are mainly my ability to “grow” on my current 1589 cals 140c. I do have a weekly cheat so I’m hoping that’s enough to push the gains but my weight is maintaining, maybe even slowly dropping. I’m even more terrified I will lose what muscle I do have again in my cut. My last cut was catastrophic to my muscle gains. I see a lot of girls in their offseason eating 300g of carbs and getting jacked. It would be WILD to end this offseason at 140c being my highest 😩
Either way, I’m putting in 100% and my abs are looking insane.

The days are flying by and I seem to be coasting and not struggling in any areas. Progress just feels slow. Hoping slow progress doesn’t lead to a brutal cut but I am fully expecting it. The scale has NEVER been my friend.
My side effects mainly include hair loss, irritability (my cycle is all over the place) and some lovely chin hairs 😌
Heading into Xmas week excited to enjoy before shit gets REAL. I’m excited for everything EXCEPT for hungry low carb days 🤣 I will title those *trigger warning ⚠️ low carb meltdown
