Time is absolutely flying. So much to update about! I don’t even know where I left off!


It’s been well over a month since my last cheat meal and I am HUNGRY. Last week it finally started to hit that I cannot eat when I feel so hungry I could vomit. I have to fight through those hunger pains and chug water and know that it will pass. This is something you’ll never understand unless you’ve been in prep. No matter how “strict” of a diet I’ve ever been on, if I’m feeling hunger-nausea, eating has always been an option. Not now. And I’m still sitting at high calories so it terrifies me of the future! But we just have to take it day by day! Some days are easier than others, but all of them fly by!


One blessing that’s happened was meeting a teammate. Kaity lives in Montana and had the same coaches and is about 3 weeks ahead of me on prep! We talk daily and I honestly don’t know what I’d do without her. She gets it.


I’m feeling great overall, minus my side rolls. This has really been my biggest battle. I don’t see this on ANYONE. I’m hoping it’s just fat but reality is telling me it’s more than likely loose skin which means it’s only going to get worse as I get more lean. I’m hoping with posing and vasoburn it will improve. Either way, it’s out of my control.


It absolutely blows my mind that I’ve made it this far and that I’ve been in prep as long as I have. The 100 days I have left is NOTHING compared to what I’ve already done.
