Cruising at 3.5 weeks

Well, not much has changed in the last 3 weeks. Weight has maintained for the last month. Food is up from 1450 to 1600 and cardio is down from 75 min to 15. I have a LOT more energy but the cravings and hunger are still intense. I’m not going to lie, I’m nervous for the post show binge.
My confidence has definitely gone down as I see myself looking more soft and my competition looking more dense. I’m really hoping for a miracle! A lot is out of my control but hoping I can bring a great stage presence so I have to keep practicing! I plan on stepping it up 10 notches at 3 weeks out! I fly out to Kate’s show Saturday and really hoping it gives me a boost in motivation!
We are so close!
