Expected failure + Fear of failure = Failure

This was such a SOLID theme for week 1 with my mamas! How often do we find ourselves avoiding something new and scary out of fear of failure?
I know personally, my besties have been pushing me into a coaching business for a few months now. Little did they know, it was a dream of mine that was held back from so many people who constantly spoke negatively to me about my passions and my posts. I surpressed my goals until one specific week when I had criticism coming from all angles. The enemy was working hard that week. I quickly realized, I could spend my entire life trying to make people happy and they will still judge me. So I might as well DO WHAT I WANT. So I did. Before you know it "your biggest hater will be your number one supporter." Thank you to my besties Nicole, Ashlee and Drea for pushing me to do this!

What is your fear of failure? Is it starting a new workout program while not being comfortable in the gym? Is it worry of when your family laughs that you're starting "another diet" and they don't believe in you?
Joshua 1:7 says "be strong and courageous. Be careful to obey all the instructions Moses gave to you. Do not deviate from them. Then you will be successful in everything you do."
How are you encouraging the people around you? Are you clapping harder and liking people more when they're failing? Do you find yourself annoyed by others success?
Homework:
1.) spend the week focusing on people in your life who are absolutely killing it. Let them know they inspire you.
2.) Think of something you have been afraid of starting. You're starting. This week. No excuses. And you aren't going to listen to the people who doubt you.
Stay fearless,
Lindsey
