1/3 done!
This was by farrrrr my most relaxed month! I started incorporating weekly cheat meals in November and it allowed me to relax a lot more and find a good balance.
My husband will still tell you it’s all I talk about but imo I’m slightly less of a meathead.
What has definitely improved along with my mental is the muscle gains! I am seeing soooo much improvement in my muscles (especially the abs). This is bringing more excitement and confidence and I’m just trying to soak up these moments of having an 8 pack and genuinely trying to focus on my strengths rather than my weaknesses. I may not have been blessed with a lean upper body or broad shoulders but these abs don’t play!

I was able to fully enjoy my thanksgiving and now I am motivated to be flawless until Christmas.
I still feel so isolated in this sport and am grateful to be able to coach other women so I can unapologetically talk about fitness all day! I do not know what I would do without that because I have no one else! It is challenging working so hard at something that you can’t talk about without sounding like an arrogant D bag 😝
Overall, I am feeling so obsessed with this sport. Mostly the lifting, of course. I cannot wait to get into the gym each day to work more and more on the goal.
2025 will be insane.
